Andrew Bruex, CEO, purchased Universal Formulas in 2002. Andrew brought his sales and engineering expertise, love of all things natural, mathematical, self-healing, self-empowering, and complimentary to our bodies own rhythms and processes along with him. He has built Universal Formulas into a successful solid well-run business with customer care the top priority.

Shalamee Campbell, Customer Service Associate, has been with us thirteen years answering our many emails and processing orders. She brings a wealth of applied knowledge of our products, nutrition, herbal medicine, and homeopathy to help others in their search for alternative health paths. Her home and garden is open to her community for teaching and integrated whole body workshops.

Ben Lyons, Product Fulfillment, brings a wholehearted, loyalty and honest commitment to getting orders shipped out right and on time. A family man with a love of sports (Dallas Cowboys, Detroit Pistons, Jeff Gordon #24), he loves reading true crime novels, and horror fiction, and his life is complete with man's best friend, Lucky.

Ralf Ostertag, Bio-Herbalist, is one of the original ve founding members, and is on the Advisory Board of Universal Formulas. Ralf has over forty years of study and practice in complimentary medicine. His work joins herbal and nutrition science with years of experience in intuitive and science-based methods of treating and reversing disease conditions in conjunction with an individual's current medical treatments. Ralf formulated the Bepure Cleanse at the request of healthcare professionals.

Mandolynn Ostertag, Director of Operations, is the newest member to our team. Not only did she grow up in a home steeped in alternative medicine and pioneering thought, but also she recently graduated with a degree in Holistic Health and Interpersonal Communication. She is uniquely suited to Universal by her passion, knowledge, experience, and attention to detailed organization. She brings life into the heart of Universal Formulas.

Outside of Universal, Mandolynn loves riding her horses, T.J. and Bailey, playing with Lilah, her new puppy, and Harlow, the "alpha" dog of the household and property. In her spare time she likes to volunteer with the Kalamazoo Animal Rescue helping find families for homeless pets.

Adam Stubbs, Managing Partner and Webmaster, has been with Universal Formulas for ten years. He brings an eclectic bag of entrepreneurial skills, including, but not limited to, adjunct professor at Western Michigan University, strong environmental support, political activism, lover of soccer, philosophy, vegetarian food and performing and writing music.

Adam also serves as a volunteer and board member of the non-profit organization, 4 One World, whose mission is to provide educational resources to the developing world.

Anne Walters, Marketing Development, is the newest member of Universal Formulas, starting this past July. She brings experience in corporate and small-business marketing development, writing and graphic design. Lover of freedom, diversity and tolerance to co-exist without the destruction of nature, she is proud to be working for Universal's great product line.
